Karma is a BITCH!
Charlie told me something over the weekend that he has never told me before.
The week before I learnt of the affair I became very ill. I had a severe infection through my lymph system and nearly faced surgery. I was in a hell of alot of pain and as a consequence could not eat or get out of bed.
So I lost some weight!
Once I got better, and seemed to take an eternity, I decided to keep going on the weight loss journey and have managed to lose a substantial amount of weight, doubling what I lost through the illness.
I have dropped 3 dress sizes and I feel fantastic! Everyone comments on my new figure, not that I was ever really big before.
Well it has been a real bugger that I had to go shopping and buy myself a new wardrobe of clothes, but I have completed my mission and have managed to pick up some absolutely gorgeous clothes.
So I bet you are asking where Karma fits into it?
Well Charlie told me that whilst I was losing all my weight the Mistress was actually gaining a significant amount of weight.
I guess she wanted was mine so she has it now, only I don't think this was what she bargained on!
I wonder if she needs any new clothes as I have a HUGE pile ready to donate to charity that no longer fit me.
Karma is a bitch!

I too have observed this in real life, seriously, someone loses weight and someone takes it on. Maybe its how the world stays balanced lol

Let's just hope that no-one close to me starts to lose weight!
I have been really lucky and kept it all off apart from a kilo that snuck back in there over Christmas, but I will get that off again.

I am glad that I could give her something to remember me by. And also happy to help her out if she needs some new clothes.
And control over me - no matter what way I look at it I can't see how she has ANY control over me.

Rose I can honestly say that I hate the huff puff, but floor work, ie sit up, push ups etc etc seem to do it for me.. Go find a discount bin and look for exercise dvds, the after work out ones that cover floor work will help teach you how to maximise those wobbly bits on all of us , ie thighs belly and bottoms Hehe
Oh and how unique an anom person getting their big girls panties in a knot cos Karma came to visit and left kates kilo with them

And I have re-read my post and despite the accusations flying around here.... I have NEVER called the mistress fat!
this, is Kate's outlet. This is where she can say what she wants, and no one should judge her for that.
Telling her to let it go, and that she's bitter? that's not fair. This is part of her healing process and if you can't understand that, then leave. This is her therapy, her outlet, HER PLACE. If this is what she needs to heal and get the closure she needs to "let it go" then so be it. Who are you to judge?
I'm sorry if I'm starting anything. and this isn't mean for those who have been nothing but supportive. I don't really mean to start anything, but you can't do that. I'm all for freedom of speech, but you can't just show up on someone's blog and start saying stuff like that.

Mistress has her 'friends' once again visiting. Good for them. If anything starts it will be because she cannot let it go and continues to visit my blog....nothing more!
This IS my outlet, never intended for the mistress' eyes or those of her 'friends', the main reason I shut my other blog down.
This IS my outlet where I will write whatever I see fit in order for me to heal from this experience. If that means writing about the mistress then I bloody well will write about the mistress. Don't come in here judging me or criticising me.

Thank you for your words of wisdom. From this point forward I am going to live my life according to your philosophy.
So she is NO LONGER going to control me and I will continue to blog. I have written a lot of posts that are in draft that I have not published for fear of her reactions.
Well guess what? She is no longer controlling me so I guess those posts will be published!

BTW 10:41 anon. This blog doesn't upset me at all. I genuinely get a good chuckle from Kate's way with words, and so do alot of other people.
Kbear and Kate, I left the 4:20 anon comment and not the other two. You are very right when saying this is Kate's blog and she can say what she likes. In fact I'd be really disappointed if she didn't continue as I would have lost a form of excellent entertainment.
And Kate I think it's great that you write this blog under the assumption that the mistress reads it. I'm sure that makes your venting much more powerful.
The downside being that assumption can lead to conclusion jumping as per your post Smile For Me which has unfortunately filtered over into the life of an innocent person.

Okay, back to our scheduled program.
Whoever wants to lose weight should set the treadmill at 7.0 miles per hour and run for 15 minutes. Then, go to the weight room and lift 40% of your weight. Do just twice a week, and you'll be golden! I have an athletic and toned body ready for the beach, (not to brag), and this how I got it.
Oh, and lara, you cracked me up with that wig & labotomy story.
